How to Brew Your Parasite-Purging Tea

On the Stove:

1. Bring 1 quart of water to a rolling boil.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of loose tea.

3. Boil gently for 7 minutes.

4. Strain into cups.

With a Tea Kettle:
